Refund Policy

I want every collaboration to go smoothly, so here’s how refunds work:

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure any project. Deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your spot and cover the initial time and effort spent planning your project.

Payments & Deliverables

Full payment is required before final content delivery. Once the content is delivered, refunds are generally not provided, as work has already been completed.

Exceptions

If there is a major issue with the content (for example, it was not delivered as agreed), I will work with you to resolve it, which may include revisions or partial refunds depending on the situation.
