Yes, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your project. The remaining 50% is due before the final content is delivered.

Edited content is included in all packages. If you’d like the raw files as well, please let me know! this can usually be arranged for an additional fee.

Turnaround time depends on the project size and scope, but most content is delivered within 3–10 business days after the stay, visit, or experience. Hotels and larger packages may take up to 10 business days, while restaurant and smaller projects are typically ready within 3–7 business days.

Yes! Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure the content aligns with your brand’s vision. Revisions cover edits like text, music, pacing, or minor adjustments.

Please note: Re-shoots are not included unless previously agreed upon, since I may not be able to return to the location. Additional revisions beyond the 2 rounds may be subject to an extra fee.
